Auto Bell

Forgetting to show up at an important meeting can be quite embarrassing. And forgetting to get your wife some flowers on your anniversary can get you in the dog house. Auto Bell was created to help you avoid such situations. This is a simple alarm software that will play an alarm and thus help you remember about important tasks, events, meetings, and so on.

To get Auto Bell up and running on your Windows-powered machine you will have to go through a standard installation procedure. This means you will have to go through three simple steps: Step 1: download the Auto Bell installer. Step 2: run said installer. Step 3: click through the instructions presented by the setup wizard.

From top to bottom, you will see the following on Auto Bell’s interface: a traditional File menu; a toolbar with buttons to add alarms, play the alarm sound, save your alarms, and load a list of alarms; a central panel that lists all the alarms you create.

Creating an alarm (or bell) is a very simple task. To access the “Add New Bell” dialog you must click on the Add button from the upper left hand corner, use the Add Bell option from the Edit Menu, or use the Ctrol + N hotkey. When presented with the “Add New Bell” dialog, you must enter a description, pick a time, and click the Add Bell button. The alarm you create will then be displayed on Auto Bell’s interface. If you set an alarm for 11AM for example, Auto Bell will play an alarm sound at that time.

Auto Bell is freeware. You can use the application for as long as you want, for free.
